This high-speed centrifugal separator operates continuously for solid-liquid and liquid-liquid separation. Suspension enters through the central feed tube, where centrifugal force settles particles on disc surfaces, forming sediment layers that slide outward for collection. This innovative design minimizes settling distance while maximizing surface area, significantly enhancing production capacity. Solids can be manually removed during shutdown or automatically discharged via continuous slag removal mechanisms.
